Cheesy Spinach Muffins- Quick and Easy Morning Treat

  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • ¼ cup sunflower oil
  • ¼ tbsp. baking powder

  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cheese

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°
  2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  3. Fill the muffin tins with the spinach mixture and bake for 20-25 min.
  4. Serve warm.
