Fall and winter is the perfect time for red wine, either in a glass or in your favorite meal. The combination of mushrooms and wine in a single dish is more than tasty, but when you add pasta and chicken, it turns into a heavenly tasty dinner that will delight your family and friends.

- 1 cup of white flour
- ½ tbsp. salt
- ¼ tbsp. pepper
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 lb. white mushrooms
- 1 ½ cup red wine
- 2 tbsps. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Chopped parsley
- 1 pound pasta (your choice), cooked
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, put the flour, salt and pepper. Stir the ingredients.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour and fry at medium heat until golden brown on both sides and then add the mushrooms, wine, lemon juice, garlic, butter and parsley. Stir and fry for
