Say hello to another healthy chocolate indulgence! On today`s menu we have an incredibly moist banana bread packed with tons of dark chocolate. I really can`t think of a better way to start the day! This recipe offers a combination of sweet and delicious banana-bread flavors teamed up with the nice bitter flavor of dark chocolate. It is the perfect way to use overly ripe bananas and make incredibly moist chocolate banana bread. The best of all, you can store it for a week if completely covered and refrigerated.

- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup chopped chocolate
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 375° F/180°
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and add eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, baking powder, cocoa powder, flour, and chopped chocolate. Mix well with a whisk.
- Place the mixture in a glass pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
