Are you ready for another breakfast recipe that will blow your mind? I have prepared numerous batches of this delicious green spread in the past few months. It has a semi-sweet flavor and creamy texture, perfect for your morning or evening treat. My kids also love it and I just can`t make enough!
- 1 cup of canned peas
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of parmesan
- 2 tbsps. off olive oil
Method of preparation:
- Put the peas, ricotta cheese and parmesan in a food processor and pulse until finely blended.
- Cut the baguette in slices and brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 5-10 minute (until golden brown and crispy).
- Spread the pea pate on crostini
