Super Easy Apple Apricot Smoothie

This is the perfect energy potion to boost your energy and keep you fresh all day. It is highly nutritious and delicious. I usually make and drink it after exercising since it is an amazing source of energy and nutrients.

Prep time: 10 min; Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apricot, chopped
  • 1 cup apple, chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup yoghurt

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the ingredients in a blender a blend until smooth.
  2. Serve.
