This is another nutri smoothie recipe that is packed with vitamin C and other essential nutrients. Orange and lemon will bring you a fresh start of the day, while bananas are an excellent source of energy that will keep you energized during the day.
- 1 cup orange
- 1 banana
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Method of preparation:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
You can always add anything you wish to enhance the taste or its nutritional value. I prefer it citrusy since I am a huge fan of the bitter and sour taste of lemon and orange. In fact, I adore everything that has a citrusy flavor, from juices to chocolate cakes or certain meat. I just can`t get enough!
