Super Healthy Berry Smoothie

Hello, hello! It`s time for a hearty helping of berries to get your day moving. This smoothie is the perfect healthy and delicious morning treat. Your kids will love it, I promise. If you want it sweeter, you can add some dried fruit such as dates or figs.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup cherries
  • ½ cup aronia
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup milk

Method of preparation:

  1. Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve.
