The Ultimate Fruit Salad- Easy, Yummy and Super Healthy

My kids love cookies. I try to find some healthy versions but that`s not enough. It`s always better to give them fruit instead of sugar-packed desserts. This can be a bit tricky since there is always that one fruit they would protest about. Recently, I came across this amazing fruit salad recipe that really blew my mind. All the fruits are carefully picked, I don`t know which one I love more! Plus, the maple syrup and chia seeds make it heavenly delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apricot, chopped
  • 1 cup peach, chopped
  • 1 cup kiwi, chopped
  • 1 cup plum, chopped
  • 1 cup orange, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 cup chia seeds

Method of preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Serve.

The best of all, you can make it for breakfast, snack or a dessert. Also, it is perfect for snacking on the go. This is definitely the ultimate indulgent healthy recipe!
