Apricot Strawberry Smoothie in a Bowl

Here`s another idea for a perfect, easy and healthy breakfast! It is ready in no time and tastes amazingly good. All ingredients are highly nutritious and will provide you with the energy needed for your daily activities.

  • 1 apricot, halved and seedless
  • 1 piece of peeled frozen banana
  • 4-5 pieces of strawberry, chopped
  • 3 oz oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp. of honey
  • 2 tbsps. cinnamon

Method of preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve in a bowl.
  3. Optionally, top with fruits, nuts, or anything you wish.

The best of all is that you can add any other fruit you like. It`s up to you.
