Bacon and Egg Muffins- The Perfect Breakfast In a Cup

Bacon, eggs and cheese – all the breakfast essentials packed in a small, muffin-shaped cup, is there anything better? Easy, delicious and perfect for any breakfast! You’ll make them in less than 20 minutes, but they’ll be gone off the plate in less than 5.

Prep time: 20; Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup neutral Hopla
  • 3 oz parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 12 slices of bacon

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, Hopla, cheese, salt, pepper and basil.
  3. Lay the bacon strips in the muffin wells, overlapping so that there are no holes in the cup.
  4. Fill each bacon filled muffin tin with the egg mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
