Very Berry Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Peanut Butter

No time for a breakfast in the morning? This simple and healthy smoothie bowl is the perfect way to start your day with a dose of an impressive amount of proteins and fiber that will get your day moving. So, it`s time to jump on the smoothie bandwagon.

  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • ½ cup of cranberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsps. of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • ½ cup of milk

Method of preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, except the chia seeds, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with fruit of your choice and sprinkle some chia seeds.

It is a simple formula and all you have to do is fill your blender with the berries, banana, peanut butter, yogurt and milk.
