Creamy Pumpkin Smoothie- Happy Halloween!

Finally Halloween is here! So, let’s start our celebration day with a delicious, nutritious and protein-packed pumpkin smoothie. It`s going to be a looong day so we need an extra energy since the early morning. What better than a pumpkin- in a smoothie? Yummy yummy! Along with banana and vanilla flavors, this is really a heavenly start of the day.


  • 1 cup boiled pumpkin
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder

Method of preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve.

Can you imagine- your favorite grandma`s pumpkin pie mixed in a delightful smoothie? Velvety, smooth and creamy- can it get any better?
