Creamy Red Berry Smoothie

This creamy smoothie blends apples, cherries, raspberries and peaches in a delicious, creamy breakfast. It’s one of my morning specials and it can easily keep me going until lunch. If you want to add some more texture, toss in some ground flaxseed or oats and you’ve got your breakfast in a cup. Is there a better way to start your day?

Prep time: 10 min; Servings: 2


  • 1/2 cup of apples
  • 1/3 cup of cherries
  • 1/3 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of peaches
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fruit into smaller pieces and remove the seeds.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and serve in a tall glass.
