- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. of salt
- Baking powder
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 lb. cooked millet
- 3 oz. cheese
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 390°
- Beat the eggs. Add salt, baking powder and olive oil, constantly beating.
- Then add the cooked millet and beat again.
- Grease the muffin tin and fill the muffin cups with the batter, using a spoon.
- Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
