Millet Muffins with Cheese

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. of salt
  • Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 lb. cooked millet
  • 3 oz. cheese

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°
  2. Beat the eggs. Add salt, baking powder and olive oil, constantly beating.
  3. Then add the cooked millet and beat again.
  4. Grease the muffin tin and fill the muffin cups with the batter, using a spoon.
  5. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
