Nut-Stuffed Mushrooms- A Simple, Delicious Appetizer

Simple and delicious appetizer for your next party, or next big football match- it`s your choice and the recipe is ours!


  • A cup of white mushrooms
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1/3 cup of parsley
  • ¼ cup of green olives
  • ¼ cup of walnuts
  • ¼ cup of almonds
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°
  2. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps.
  3. Arrange them on a roasting pan lined with baking sheet and put a small piece of butter in each of the mushroom cavities.
  4. Roast for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Put the other ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
  6. Spoon the mixture in the mushroom caps and put them in the oven.
  7. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve while warm.
