- A cup of white mushrooms
- 1 oz. butter
- 1/3 cup of parsley
- ¼ cup of green olives
- ¼ cup of walnuts
- ¼ cup of almonds
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 390°
- Remove the stems from the mushroom caps.
- Arrange them on a roasting pan lined with baking sheet and put a small piece of butter in each of the mushroom cavities.
- Roast for 8-10 minutes.
- Put the other ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
- Spoon the mixture in the mushroom caps and put them in the oven.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve while warm.
