One-pan Chicken with Chickpeas, Cherry Tomatoes and Honey

Does you family like chicken and honey in the same time? Here is another tasty, sweet and delicious recipe for your lunch. Use your imagination to serve the dish as best as you can! Add more vegetables and surprise them all!


  • ½ lb. chicken breast
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of oregano
  • ½ cup of onions
  • ½ cup of cherry tomato
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsps. of honey
  • 2 tbsps. of ketchup
  • 1 piece of zucchini

Method of preparation:

  1. Sprinkle the meat with pepper and oregano.
  2. Combine the chicken, onion, cherry tomato, water, chickpeas, honey, ketchup and zucchini in a large skillet and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer and turn the chicken once.
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.
