- 1 lb. of chicken breast
- 4 tbsps. of rum
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp. of salt
- ½ tbsps. of black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 sprig of parsley, chopped
- Sunflower oil
Method of preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast horizontally to in half to make 2 thinner pieces.
- Place the chicken in a bowl and pour them with rum and lemon juice.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic, and parsley.
- Leave for 2 hours in the marinade.
- Grease the baking pan with sunflower oil.
