Rum Marinated Chicken Breasts


  • 1 lb. of chicken breast
  • 4 tbsps. of rum
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp. of salt
  • ½ tbsps. of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 sprig of parsley, chopped
  • Sunflower oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken breast horizontally to in half to make 2 thinner pieces.
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl and pour them with rum and lemon juice.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, garlic, and parsley.
  4. Leave for 2 hours in the marinade.
  5. Grease the baking pan with sunflower oil.
