Strawberry Pie

When we hear strawberries and pie in the same sentence it usually means that we’re in for a treat. This pie recipe was among the first ones I tried and it was an instant hit from the start. It’s super easy to make so even if you’re a novice to the culinary world you’ll master the recipe right away. You can add cherries or raspberries instead of strawberries. Use them fresh or frozen.

Prep time: 45-50 minutes; Servings: 8


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Baking powder
  • 1 lb. of white flour
  • 1 lb. of strawberries

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°
  2. Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy and triples in volume.
  3. Add the flour gradually while constantly whisking until blended together with no lumps.
  4. Add the strawberries and stir.
  5. Transfer the mixture in the baking pan, previously floured.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
