Super Healthy Salad with Red Cabbage, Lettuce and Beetroot

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded beetroot
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
