Super Healthy and Spicy Millet Balls

Millet seeds are a real source of health and can be used in many ways such as breakfast or dessert. Packed with numerous essential nutrients, millet is the perfect choice for gluten-free meal. It has a rich, nutty flavor and when combined with veggies and spices, it makes the perfect morning treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked millet
  • 1 cup of parsley, chopped
  • 1 oz. of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of dry red paprika
  • 1 tbsp. of dry chili peppers
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ cup of onions, chopped
  • ½ cup of white flour

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked millet, parsley, sesame seeds, dry red paprika, dry chili peppers, pepper, salt, garlic, and onion. Stir all well.
  3. Make balls out of the mixture and coat them in white flour.
  4. Put the balls on a baking pan, previously lined with baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
