The Ultimate Green Smoothie with Chard, Kale and Avocado

This incredibly creamy smoothie bowl is definitely the healthiest breakfast option. The ingredients are abundant in essential nutrients, including iron, fiber, vitamins A and C, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids and many more. So much health in just one bowl. It is extremely easy to make and has a unique delicious taste. If you miss any of the ingredients, feel free to replace it with other fruit or veggie you have at the moment.


  • 1 piece of avocado, cut into pieces
  • 1 piece of frozen banana, cut into pieces
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup chard
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup flaxseed
  • 2 tbsps. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps. honey

Method of preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the smoothie in a bowl and top with your favorite fruit.
  3. Serve.

This green smoothie is on the top of my kids` menu list. I make smoothies all the time and they are used to different tastes and flavors. They didn`t like it at first, but I was patient and insisted on making them try even just one tablespoon at a time. Eventually, they started liking it and now it is one of their favorite morning treats.
